Get Your Signage Right Or You Could Look Like A Right Gunt

As I was driving through Gunthorpe today on the way to Nottingham, I noticed the sign for their Summer Fair and it made me slam the anchors on, spin the car around and re-read the sign.

You’d have thought that someone would have said to the signwriter “Make sure the ‘G’ looks NOTHING like a ‘C’.

Maybe the inhabitants of Gunthorpe don’t notice it, but passers-by like me do.

It might be worth looking at your own messages through your customer’s eyes.
