4. Review your email campaigns
Track the results of your newsletters and review who opened what emails, when, how many times and to see exactly what they clicked. Using this information you can work out what types of content have the best success rates.
5. Call your number 1 fans
In your results, you can view your subscriber activity and see who’s been opening your email most often. It’s a dead easy phone call to make. Just ring them up and say “I see you’ve been really interested in our newsletter that’s just gone out. Is there anything you read that you’d like to talk about?” Dead easy.
